01. The agreement
By purchasing, downloading, or using Navis Dash, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the file.
02. Your purchase
Navis Dash is a digital product delivered as an HTML file. Your payment is one-time unless a future optional product is clearly offered separately. Nothing already purchased moves behind a subscription.
03. The licence
You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use Navis Dash for your own freelance business. You may keep backup copies, but you may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, or share the file.
04. Your data
Navis Dash is designed to store your working data locally. You remain responsible for the information you enter and for maintaining backups. Do not enter information you are not authorised to hold.
05. Updates & support
Maintenance updates to the version you purchased may be provided at our discretion. Large new modules or separate products may be offered for an additional price. Support is available through [email protected].
06. Refunds
Because access to the digital file is provided immediately, purchases are generally final once the download is supplied, except where consumer law requires otherwise or the file is materially defective.
07. Availability & liability
We aim to keep Navis Dash reliable, but it is provided without a promise that every browser, device, or third-party service will remain compatible forever. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount you paid.
